Introduction

Our PPH Threaded pipes and fittings are manufactured with high molecular weight polypropylene homopolymer – or PPH. This material was specially selected due to its high resistance to high pressures and temperatures. More dense than PPR Plus, this material provides threads with the necessary rigidity to maintain a water tight seal.

We were the first manufacturer in the world to produce a polypropylene threaded system and have used that experience to produce one of the world’s best piping systems.

Where to use PPH Threaded

Our amazing threaded pipe consists of not one, or even two layers, but four superior layers of pipe, designed to ensure simple installation and a long life of trouble free service.

FOR THE HOME

Our PPH Threaded System has all the advantages of a traditional plumbing system, combined with modern technology to ensure a leak-free solution. Our larger bore pipes are perfect for bore holes, making a complete indoor/outdoor system.

HOTELS AND RESIDENTUAL TOWERS

Our large bore PPH Threaded System is perfect for bringing mains water into the building and for risers. PPH Threaded can also be used with PPR Plus to distribute to individual rooms/units.

INDUSTRIAL USE

Due to its high chemical resistance, pressure and temperature ranges, PPH Threaded is ideal for industrial use. The anti-oxidant internal layer makes it particularly suitable for food and beverage production.

PPH Threaded Systems Advantages

  • Resistance to eddy currents
  • Excellent electrical insulation properties
  • Lightweight and easy to transport
  • Innoxious
  • It does not impart odor, color or flavor to the fluids transported
  • It is not affected by galvanic or eddy currents
  • It is not affected by microbial corrosion
  • Low thermal conductivity
  • Minimum pressure loss
  • Acoustic insulation
  • High chemical resistance
